submitting your selection
After selecting the announcement you like, please e-mail Chancy with your desired design. You can email her directly through the Contact page.
Please either describe the announcement, screenshot and attach the announcement, or state the row and column it is in.
In your email don't forget to include:
1. Senior's First and Last name
2. The specific information you would like on the announcement (e.g., open house information, graduation date, future college, etc.)
3. The name you want to appear (e.g., first name only, first and last, or full name)
4. The announcement template you have chosen (description, screen shot, or row and column of announcement)
5. Any changes you would like made to color, design or font.
6. Which images from your session you would like on the announcement. If you do not know the images you would like, you may call the studio at 952.380.7300 to set up a viewing and ordering session.
7. Quantity of announcements. If you would like to know the prices for announcement cards, please include your inquiry in your email or call the studio at 952.380.7300.​​
after you submit
Within 5 business days of your email to us, you will receive a digital proof of your finished graduation announcement for approval. Please read and look over your announcement thoroughly to ensure the information and name spellings are correct.
Once you have notified us that the announcement is approved, your payment will be processed and your announcements will be ordered. Announcements typically arrive back at our studio within five to seven business days.
We encourage seniors to order their graduation announcements by May 31, 2018 to ensure timely delivery.​​

picking up and processing payment
If you did not purchase your announcements in an earlier viewing and ordering session, we will call you once you have approved the proof to process your payment over the phone.
When your finished announcements arrive we will give you a call right away to schedule a time to hand deliver your announcements to you or to coordinate other pick-up arrangements.
